FAQ's

Q   I have extremely sensitive skin. Are your products safe for me to use?
A   All Q Gardens products are made with 100% natural ingredients and are gentle on your skin. As with any skincare product, you should test on a small area first, particularly if you have skin allergies, just to be sure.

Q   I received your Amazon Face Wash as a gift. It smells great but what does it do and how do I use it?
A   The Oatmeal acts as a mild natural cleanser while the Ungurawi oil and therapeutic essential oils hydrate skin. When you are in the shower put some of the dry mixture in your hands and add water to make a paste. Then rub gently on your face and neck.

Q   My friend loves your mud mask and says it is great for acne breakouts. I have severe acne. Will it help me?
A   While our mud mask does clean and tighten pores and is highly effective for minor break-outs, with severe acne it is best to discuss with you healthcare practitioner. There factors involved other than just clogged pores.

Q   I saw your mud mask in Time Out Chicago and would like to try it, but isn't $52.50 a bit much for 1 ounce?
A   With 1 ounce of our Amazon Mud mask you should be able to get as much as 6 to 8 applications if applied thinly. To compare, one mask at a spa costs anywhere from $100.00 and up for just one treatment..

Q   I bought your moisturizer online. I love it but it feels very rich. Should I be using it as a night cream?
A   With both the moisturizer and the eye cream, the rainforest oils are very pure and potent. You only need a little bit at a time. If you wear a lot of face makeup during the day then you may only want to use it in the evening. I wear it both day and night.

Q   I love the way your products look online. What if I'm not happy with them?
A   You have our money back guarantee. If you are not delighted with them, you can get a full refund.

Q   I love your products — but am I really helping the rainforest?
A   Yes, you create income for the vegetalista (traditional medicine man), who maintains the land, and we give back 10% of our net profits to land preservation.
